Benefits Of 5 times prayer. Abu Salamah has quoted from the words of Abu Hurayrah that: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: See if there is a canal at one’s door and he bathes in it five times a day, So will there be any dirt on his body? The companions said no. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: This is the state of the five times prayers Allah wipes away their sins. Abu Salbah Qartini Said: I was heard from Umar ibn Al Khattab say that the Messenger of Allah said: People burn all night. When people perform the prayers of the Morning, the prayer washes away the sins of the one who burnt it before. Then when it is burning, the prayer of Zohar comes. When they perform the Zohar prayer, this prayer washes away the sins before them. Even the Messenger of Allah mentioned the five prayers in the same way. This is the statement of the Haris ( freed slave) of Uthman, One day Uthman asked for water and performed Wudhu. Then he said, “I saw the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, performing ablution like this.” Then he said, “Whoever performs ablution like my ablution and then stands up and prays Zohar, his sins are forgiven from Zuhr to Fajr.” Then whoever prays the Asr prayer, his sins will be forgiven to the Asr Prayer till Zohr Prayer.

Then whoever commits Maghrib prayers, his sins will be forgiven from Maghrib to Asr. Then he who prayed Isha. Then his sins will be forgiven from Isha to Maghrib. He said: ( “Subhanallahi Wal Humd Li Allah Wa La Ila Ha Ila Allah Wa Allahu Akbar Wa La Haula Wa La Quwat Ila Bilahi” ) Ja’far narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: Prayer pleasing to the Lord, love of Angels, Sunnah of the Prophets, The light of knowledge, The root of faith, Dua abstinence, Acceptance of deeds, blessings of sustenance, comfort of the body, weapons against enemies, something evil to the devil, Intercession between Allah and the servant, The lamp of the tomb of the worshiper, Bed for the prayer side in the grave, Munkar Naqeer is the mourner’s friend inside the grave till the Day of Resurrection. When the Day of Resurrection comes, he will run in front of the worshiper, Will become the wall between the worshiper and hell. There will be love for the believers in front of Allah. The scales will be heavy, Will be source of passing on the Pil Sirat, Will be the key to heaven, Because there is Tasbeeh and tahmeed in prayer, There is sanctity and there is reverence, There is also recitation and Dua, The best of all deeds is to offer prayers on time.

Umar Ibn al-Khattab said, “I heard from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: The five daily prayers are the pillars of religion. Allah does not accept faith without prayer. Anas bin Malik said: One person asked, “O Messenger of Allah, how many prayers has Allah imposed on His servants?” The Messenger of Allah said five times. This person said: Is there anything else before or after them? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Allaah has enjoined on His slaves five daily prayers. Nothing before and after them. The man swore by Allah that he would not do less or more. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “If he has told the truth, he will reach in Paradise.” It is narrated from Tameem Daari , The Messenger of Allah said: On the Day of Resurrection, the first prayer will be reckoned with the servant If he had done it, it would have been written down. If he had not done it, Allah would have said to the angels: Look at my servant’s Nafil Prayer, If you get it, fulfill the Farz that it has lost with Nawafil. Anas Bin Sabni Said that Abu Hurayrah said to me: You go to your family and tell them that Abu Hurayrah heard from the Messenger of Allah. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: On the Day of Resurrection, the first obligatory prayer will be the reckoning of the servant. Well, if he had done it. Otherwise, if he has Nawafil, then the Farz will be fulfilled from him. This is how all deeds will be calculated. This is the tradition of Anas bin Malik. The Messenger of Allah said: First of all, the prayers will be reckoned with the servant and first of all, Allah has made the prayers obligatory on these Ummah.
